[Poka-Yoke Example] Preventing Work Omissions with Grease Guns

We have achieved the prevention of forgetting to inject grease into the necessary points of the grease gun!

We received a request to prevent work omissions when using the tool "grease gun" for injecting grease in the manufacturing process of agricultural machinery. Due to the variety of manufactured items and the differing number of grease injection points, a malfunction occurred where "the grease gun was used, but grease was not injected into the required number of points." To prevent forgetting to inject grease into the necessary points, we decided to create a system that can count the number of uses of the grease gun itself.
